Layoffs are raining everywhere: Microsoft, Meta, Intel & co. have cut 1 lakh+ jobs globally in 2025. AI be like: “Don’t need you, I can code, draw, and write blogs too 💀.”
In India, Odisha trained 2300+ youths with “skills” … and then gave them 0 jobs. Bruh, training without placement is like cooking Maggi without masala.
Karnataka dropped a new Skill Development Policy 2025-32 with a ₹4,432 crore fund. Focus: AI, digital training, certifications. Translation: “Learn AI, or go cry.”

Parents said: “Beta, degree lo, naukri pakki hai.” Reality: Engineers driving cabs, MBAs stuck in call centers.
